On Wednesday Kathy met with Dr. Azmeh and he wants Kathy to stay on one more week of antibiotics. But it was the appointment with Kate's pediatrician that gave scared us. Kate has been high fever for a day or so Kathy and her mother brought Kate to see Dr. Bombet. They wanted to do a few tests on her. It was after Kate had a shot that Kathy was putting Kate on the floor from her lap. It is then that Kate crumpled to the floor and passed out. The nurses quickly went into action and came back around in a minute. It did take some time before she got her walking legs. It is believe that dehydration and high fever is what caused the fainting.
Right now, Kate has no fever and we are praying that it stays that way and that Kristina does not catch this. We have heard from so many other sources that many kids and some adults are getting fevers and sick.
I guess there will be a run on hand sanitizer this weekend at Walmart.
